hihi. haven't been updating. there's too much to be updated. regarding last post, i think that friend of mine had become happy already. we are back to normal. so happy. kind of thank Ms Dorathy's 'open 4 windows session'. this one month, had been banned from potato. nobody knows what feelings it is. but i have found a new food: it's vege. bun. went back to see Seniors. bought things for them, but don't seem to be appreciated. joey had been taking photos for us. looks like we have to be more alert and always at a pretty mode. haha~ took few test. nursing lab: [practical]failed one skill, luckily i'm pass the sub. test. [theory] heard from Ms Norain that nobdy fail. bio.: [practical] pass. icas. pharmacology: didn't do well adult nursing: moderate i have cut my hair short. went for Chinggay 2009 practices: 1st thing: a lot of strangers!!! 2nd thing: the dance steps have cause me to have muscle cramps at weird areas!!! -- neck pain [make me cannot turn my head during nursing lab practical test!] -- arm pain did BCLS [Basic Cardiac Life Support] training. learn CPR yesterday. it was so difficult! too much air blown into the person will cause stomach bloated, too little cannot get into the lungs. compression for adults is 4 - 5cm. 1 set: 30 compression, 2 ventilations at least 5 sets before checking airway, breathing and circulation. but the problem is... after 30 compressions, it's tired enough!! then the 2 ventilations into the medikins are not easy!! just 1 set is enough to make me dizzy. then i think if in real case, i may faint with the person. haha~ today learn how to relieve one from choking. the thrust at the abdominal is really painful! hmm. think nothing much le. bye.
